Dining Room Lead Server

Our Dining Room Servers are responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for residents. Working closely with the culinary team, servers assist with food service, dining room setup, cleanliness, and resident sisfaction.

• Provide friendly, tentive, and professional dining service to residents and guests

• Serve meals accurely and efficiently while maintaining high service standards

• Demonstre knowledge of menu offerings and answer resident questions

• Prepare and maintain dining room cleanliness and organizion

• Assist with table setup and resetting between meal services

• Support dishwashing and kitchen sanition duties as needed

• Cree a welcoming and enjoyable dining mosphere

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relionships with residents

• Positive titude and strong customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others

• Strong communicion skills in English

• Weekend availability required

• Ability to pass a background check

• Current Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one upon hire

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required

• 5 years of experience
