Commercial Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Commercial Building Maintenance team in Shelton WA.

Requirements;
Must be able to pass a federal background check
Valid Social Security Number and drivers license required
Experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates
Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned job sites
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently

This is for the Shelton DOC Prison. You must have a clean record and be able to pass a drug test.

Available Part-Time Shift

Core Responsibilities;
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and office spaces
Empty trash and recycling bins
Dust, vacuum, mop, and wipe down walls
Clean interior windows and glass surfaces
Maintain overall cleanliness and professional appearance of the facility
