From The Well is looking for a passionate and dependable line cook to join our kitchen team under the leadership of Executive Chef Andy Long.

We're a bakery, cafe, and market in the heart of Roswell, focused on naturally leavened breads, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful hospitality. If you love great food, enjoy a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in your craft, we'd love to meet you.

• 2+ years of kitchen experience
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch service
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow
