The Bridge at Saugatuck is seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook, Garde Manger and a hardworking and dependable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team and culinary team.

Line Cook:
Responsibilities include preparing and executing menu items during service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, following food safety standards, assisting with prep work, and working collaboratively with the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, passionate about hospitality, and able to thrive under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Garde Manger:
Responsibilities include preparing cold appetizers, salads, raw bar items, garnishes, and plated presentations while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards throughout service.
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong eye for presentation and quality. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Dishwasher:
Responsibilities include washing dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dish area, assisting with trash removal, and supporting the kitchen team as needed during service.
The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Evening and weekend availability is required.
