Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and promptly recognize all guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
• Escort guests to their assigned tables, ensuring efficient seating arrangements
• Assist servers by providing support throughout the guests' dining experience to ensure attentive, courteous, and efficient service
• Support the cashier in collecting payments for all guest transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment by approaching all interactions with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Adhere to scheduling requirements, maintaining regular attendance in compliance with company standards, which may vary based on hotel needs
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag as per brand standards

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures is a plus
