Roanoke Hospitality is looking for experienced and service-driven Bartenders to join our team at La Bella on Rush.

Altezza: Perched high above the Magnificent Mile, Altezza is a vibrant Chicago rooftop bar offering skyline views, elevated cocktails, and an unforgettable rooftop dining experience in the heart of downtown. Inspired by the energy of Italian aperitivo culture and the sophistication of modern city nightlife, Altezza brings together handcrafted cocktails, shareable plates, and sweeping views for one of the best rooftop experiences in Chicago.

This location includes the following spaces: Restaurant, 20th Floor, Rooftop, and private events

What Youll Do:

As a Bartender, you are an essential part of the guest experience. Your role includes:

• Providing warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service

• Guiding guests through menu and beverage options with confidence and enthusiasm

• Taking accurate orders and ensuring timely food and drink delivery

• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service

• Anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with professionalism

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service

• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure

• Commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for 510 hours per shift

• Safely transport food and beverages across varying surfaces

• Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 lbs

• Work in both indoor and outdoor settings, including variable temperatures and ventilation

• Tolerate higher noise levels in a busy dining environment
