In this role, you will serve as the face of our bar, blending technical mixology with genuine, intuitive hospitality. Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Execution: Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency, strictly adhering to house recipes and presentation standards.
- Guest Experience: Act as an ambassador for the restaurant, warmly engaging with guests, offering tailored beverage recommendations, and guiding them through our wine and spirits portfolio.
- Operational Excellence: Proactively manage bar setup, breakdown, and mid-shift maintenance, ensuring a pristine, organized, and fully stocked workspace.
- Menu Mastery: Continuously expand your knowledge of our seasonal drink offerings, specialized spirits, and the culinary menu to naturally drive sales through expert pairings.
- Safety & Standards: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety, while strictly adhering to responsible alcohol service protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 23 years of craft bartending experience within an upscale or high-volume fine dining setting.
- A strong foundation in classic cocktail ratios, premium spirits, and wine service.
- Highly reliable and team-oriented, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues.
- A natural multitasker who remains composed, efficient, and friendly during peak service hours.
Compensation: Hourly ($8.00) plus tips
