Churasuko Japanese-Brazilian Steakhouse is seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to anchor our beverage program. In this role, you will serve as the face of our bar, blending technical mixology with genuine, intuitive hospitality. The right candidate thrives in a vibrant, high-volume environment and takes pride in crafting exceptional cocktails while curating a welcoming, unforgettable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Execution: Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency, strictly adhering to house recipes and presentation standards.

• Guest Experience: Act as an ambassador for the restaurant, warmly engaging with guests, offering tailored beverage recommendations, and guiding them through our wine and spirits portfolio.

• Operational Excellence: Proactively manage bar setup, breakdown, and mid-shift maintenance, ensuring a pristine, organized, and fully stocked workspace.

• Menu Mastery: Continuously expand your knowledge of our seasonal drink offerings, specialized spirits, and the culinary menu to naturally drive sales through expert pairings.

• Safety & Standards: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety, while strictly adhering to responsible alcohol service protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 23 years of craft bartending experience within an upscale or high-volume fine dining setting.

• A strong foundation in classic cocktail ratios, premium spirits, and wine service.

• Highly reliable and team-oriented, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues.

• A natural multitasker who remains composed, efficient, and friendly during peak service hours.

Compensation: Hourly ($8.00) plus tips
