Job Summary:
Xclusive Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Houseman to support our housekeeping team and ensure the property maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization. The Houseman plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience by assisting room attendants and maintaining public areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist housekeeping staff with daily operations and room preparation
Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to assigned areas
Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, hallways, and service areas
Remove trash and keep storage areas organized
Support room attendants with heavy lifting and special requests
Respond promptly to guest and supervisor requests
Follow all safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 3050 lbs
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
