Maintenance Mechanic (1 Opening) Starting Pay: $24/hr, with potential $1 increase after 3 months (Temp-to-Perm within 3-5 months) Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Qualifications: Hands-on experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment (not just part replacement) Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maintain a clean workspace Ability to follow established processes and procedures Coachable, energetic, and team-oriented
