Hotel Night Front Desk Agent

Were looking for a reliable night desk staff member to help with guest check ins, phone calls, reservations, basic guest questions, and keeping the front desk area organized during the overnight shift.

Duties include:
Answering phone calls and helping guests
Checking guests in and out
Taking reservations and updating guest information
Handling payments and basic front desk paperwork
Walking the property as needed
Keeping the lobby and front desk area clean
Reporting maintenance or guest issues to management
Providing good customer service in a calm and professional way

Requirements:
Must be reliable and show up on time
Must be able to speak and understand English for guest communication.
Basic computer skills
Good customer service attitude
Able to stay calm with guests
High school diploma or GED preferred
Hotel or front desk experience is helpful, but not required
Must be available for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay:
$7.25 to $11 per hour depending on experience
