Dishwasher/Prep Cook

PM Dishwasher/Prep cook needed for Local Downtown Restaurant. Full or part time hours available. Ideal candidate would be someone looking learn the ways of a commercial kitchen and work their way up the ranks. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
Applicants must:
-be reliable, punctual, drama free
-have reliable means of transportation
-be self motivated
-able to work as part of a team
-have open availability ( we can and will work around other job schedules, etc.)

Duties include:
-Properly setting up/closing down dishwashing station in accordance with local health code
-Washing all dirty dishes, cooking equipment, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, etc. quickly & efficiently
-Assist with daily food prep
-Breakdown & dispose of cardboard boxes
-Help maintain clean and sanitary working environment
