Southside pub Seeking Cook - Signing Bonus

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, works efficiently under pressure, and values consistency and teamwork.

Position Details:

3-4 days a week or full time for right person

Signing bonus paid out over 2 months

Weekend and late-night closing availability required

Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and precision

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Assist with prep, service, and closing duties

Qualifications:

Previous line cook experience preferred

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Professional attitude and punctuality
