Front Desk Associate

We are looking for an outgoing and energetic person to round out our front desk team.

Responsibilities include answering phones, taking hotel reservations, checking in and checking out guests, providing exceptional customer service during all guest interactions and may occasionally include some very light food prep / service work as needed.

Skills desired include basic understanding of Microsoft Office products, the ability to multi-task, the ability to problem solve and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and geographies.

Boutique hotel experience is preferred but we will train the right person.

OLCC alcohol server permit and an Oregon food handlers card will be required.

The position calls for working a combination of 7am-3pm shift and 3pm - 11pm shifts, 4-5 days a week. We are open every day of the year, so some weekends and holidays may be required. If you can not work weekends or holidays, please don't apply.
