We are looking for friendly and outgoing front desk agents to serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Smiles and a passion for serving others are a MUST; all the rest can be trained. If you have a knack for customer service, wed like to meet you! Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

- Evening weekday & weekends; weekend shifts are required, and flexibility is essential!

Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include:
- Registering guests, managing reservations
- Providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Computer and Phone skills
- Typing skills
- Good verbal and non-verbal communication
- Problem-Solving
- Familiarity with surrounding area and attractions
- Gift shop sales
- Meeting room resets (pushing, pulling, lifting of tables and chairs)

Must have or be able to obtain a food handlers card and OLCC server card
