Lead Custodian

We are seeking to hire a Lead custodian. You may be responsible for providing technical support, assist with employees training, create a smooth communication flow between costumer and Pritchard and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from Project Manager and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to provide technical support to team.
• must be able to establish and maintain different programs uses in the property, such as UKG, Cove system, Simplitime, etc .
• Reliable Transportation.

Benefits:

• Part-time
• Pay rate $17.00/hr
• Hours 25 hrs/week, hours vary
