*Responsibilities*

* Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
* Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
* Maintain floors through specialized care such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents or guests needs promptly and professionally.
* Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment.
* Manage janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
* Assist with housekeeping management duties when needed, including scheduling or inventory checks to streamline operations.
* Cooking and meal serving as needed.
* Other duties as needed.

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.
* Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing.
* Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and janitorial best practices.
* Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Experience with laundry processes and managing household or hotel housekeeping operations is preferred.
