About the Role
Studio 6 Extended Stay Bossier City in Bossier City, LA is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Service Representative (Front Desk Agent) to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments
Process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and balance cash transactions
Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services
Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor room availability and update reservation systems accurately
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
Requirements
Previous hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred (not required we will train!)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts if required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
