Experienced Janitorial / Commercial Cleaner Needed Apartment Complex

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Janitorial/Commercial Cleaner to provide deep cleaning services for apartment units following renovation turnover, as well as assist with maintaining the exterior grounds of our apartment community.

This position is ideal for an independent cleaner or cleaning company that takes pride in delivering high-quality work and attention to detail.

Apartment Turnover Deep Cleaning
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- High dusting throughout units (vents, exhaust, etc)
- Clean interior windows and glass surfaces
- Clean trim, baseboards, doors, and fixtures
- Clean kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly
- Cleaning inside kitchen cabinets, drawers and appliances
- Remove debris and dispose of trash
- Ensure units are move-in ready
- Exterior Grounds Maintenance (Bi-Weekly)

Walk the property and common areas:
- Pick up and dispose of trash and litter
- Help maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the community

Requirements:
- Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, or apartment turnover cleaning experience required
- Reliable transportation
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
