The White Mountain Hotel & Resort is seeking a dependable, hardworking Houseman to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall operation of the resort while supporting our guests and fellow team members.

Located in the heart of the White Mountains just outside North Conway, our resort is known for exceptional hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and is willing to assist wherever needed to help create an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Responding to guest service requests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Cleaning and maintaining public areas throughout the resort
  • Picking up and replacing pool towels in the pool and health club areas
  • Assisting guests with requested items such as extra towels, blankets, pillows, and other amenities
  • Supporting housekeeping with linen deliveries, trash removal, and room assistance as needed
  • Assisting with turn-down service requests when required
  • Keeping lobby and outdoor fire features stocked and maintained
  • Assisting with minor maintenance-related issues and communicating larger concerns to the maintenance team
  • Helping with meeting room setups, furniture moves, and event breakdowns
  • Monitoring the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property throughout the shift
  • Assisting with snow removal, grounds upkeep, and seasonal projects as needed
  • Working closely with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure guests have an exceptional stay

Qualifications:
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable interacting with guests and providing excellent customer service
  • Able to lift, bend, move furniture, push carts, and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous hotel, housekeeping, maintenance, facilities, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
