We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied. With a focus on fine dining and lively nightlife settings, you will contribute to creating memorable moments for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting daily specials and upselling opportunities
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a polished appearance and positive attitude
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bussing dishes promptly, and assisting with sanitation protocols in line with food safety standards
• Support kitchen staff by communicating guest orders clearly and assisting with basic food handling or food preparation when needed

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations management
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest inquiries professionally

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00) plus tips
