Were hiring a dependable Cashier and Lead to support daily cafe and retail operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and is comfortable taking ownership during a shift when needed. Amazing team, beautiful location, good hours of operation.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide warm, efficient service
- Operate POS and handle cash accurately
- Support cafe and retail sales
- Assist with opening/closing tasks and shift flow
- Serve as a point of contact when management is not on site
- Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house

Qualifications
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Comfortable taking initiative and supporting teammates
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm during busy periods
- Leadership or key-holder experience a plus

Pay: Competitive hourly rate, starting between $15-19 DOE
Benefits: Available for employees working 20+ hours/week
