Program Details:

• 1 prep day and 1 holiday (WV Day)

• Site Coordinator/Interventionist hours: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM on programmatic days

• Student attendance: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM daily

• Pay: Daily rate + 15% (based on Boone County Schools Pay Scale)

• Positions are contingent upon student enrollment at each site

Program Schedule:

June 5 - Prep Day (No Students)

June 8 - First Day of Students

June 8 - July 9 - Students attend Monday through Thursday only

June 19 - No School (WV Day)

July 3-- No School (4th of July Holiday)

July 9 -- Last day of Program

The Summer School Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly school environment during the summer program. Duties include cleaning classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas; sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces; and assisting with trash removal and basic maintenance tasks. The Custodian helps prepare and secure the building for daily use, responds to immediate cleaning needs, and works cooperatively with staff to support a safe and welcoming environment for students and employees.
