Job Summary

The role of the Team Member is to provide exceptional food quality by Winning Hearts Every Day. Back of House Team Members are detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to preparing craveable food with care, consistency, and precision.

Responsibilities

• Promote C.A.R.E. for our Team Members and Guests: Compassion, Accountability, Responsibility, and Excellence
• Prepare and cook food according to Chick-fil-A standards for quality, safety, and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen at all times
• Follow all food safety procedures and uphold BOH health code standards
• Ensure proper portioning and execution of recipes
• Restock and rotate inventory as needed throughout the shift
• Communicate proactively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Work with a strong sense of urgency to serve Guests quickly without sacrificing quality of food or service
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A Ocean Township rules and dress code at all times
• Demonstrate faithful stewardship of company resources and assets
• Other duties as assigned
