HOW YOU WILL SHINE:

Promptly acknowledge customers in person and on the phonePromote special offers or programsStock lobby merchandise and refreshments and keep all customer areas cleanThank every customer and answer questions about services and proceduresComplete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and/or completing minor landscaping work as directed by managementFollow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including employee appearance guidelines

GUEST SERVICES ATTENDANTS:

Are friendly and outgoingBuild relationships with customersStay positive and energeticWork hard and enjoy being financially rewarded for outstanding performanceEnjoy being active, on their feet, and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditionsAble to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hoursAble to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the headHave prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service (preferred but not required)
