This position involves following recipes, measuring ingredients, mixing dough, operating baking equipment, and ensuring finished products meet company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Measure and mix ingredients while following established recipes to create doughs and batters for various baked goods

Measure and mix ingredients while following established recipes to create and cut doughs for fried goods.

Operate ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment and bake goods at the correct temperature and for the correct amount of time.

Ensure baked goods demonstrate quality, appearance, and taste according to company standards.

Keep all merchandise and ingredients rotated for freshness.

Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance and workspace.

Comply with all company, state, and federal regulations governing health, safety, and sanitation.

Assume additional duties as needed
