About Us: Wayfinder is a lager-centric brewery and restaurant located in the Central Eastside Industrial District of Portland, Oregon and is committed to making compelling and clean lagers and ales. Our menu is not fussy but we strive for outstanding execution of simple dishes that pair well with Wayfinder lagers. We believe in a culture of working hard together, pushing each other and supporting one another. Our line cooks work prep in their downtime and our prep cooks will jump on the line if necessary to support our line cooks. The structure can be fast paced and exciting at times and sometimes a little rough around the edges. We are a small team but we aim to create conditions that maintain, support and develop strong and valuable personal and professional characteristics. Climb stairs, ramps, and ladders. Work in small and confined spaces. Work safely with reasonable safety accommodations. Work in loud environments with basic safety accommodations.
