My goal is to leave the home in the best possible condition and maximize the likelihood of receiving my security deposit back. This is NOT a light cleaning job. It is a true move-out clean and will require someone who is comfortable tackling a home that has experienced normal wear and tear from multiple pets. If you are squeamish about pet hair, pet messes, deep cleaning, or heavy-duty scrubbing, this is probably not the right fit. PAY: $200 flat rate Potential bonus available for exceptional work, efficiency, or going above and beyond Paid upon satisfactory completion of the job DATE & TIME: Tomorrow Start as early as 1:00 PM All work must be completed and the property vacated by 8:00 PM YOU MUST PROVIDE: Strong vacuum cleaner Glass cleaner/Windex Dusting supplies Cleaning cloths/rags Disinfectants for all surfaces Trash bags Standard move-out cleaning supplies, including a mop and mop bucket. I WILL PROVIDE: Carpet shampooer/rug cleaner Patio cleaning solution Patio scrub brush Access to the property I also have a broom, a dustpan, a step-stool some trash bags, some cleaning solution and some wipes at the condo. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Inside: Thorough vacuuming throughout the home Carpet shampooing after vacuuming Deep cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces Clean and disinfect dishwasher Deep clean oven and stovetop Clean cabinets, counters, sinks, toilets, tubs, and fixtures Scrub bathroom tile thoroughly Remove cobwebs, dust, dirt, pet hair, and debris Clean baseboards, doors, trim, and commonly missed move-out areas Handle any items or miscellaneous debris remaining in the home Windows: Clean sliding glass door, including sliders at the base Clean exterior-facing patio windows on the first floor Leave glass streak-free Patio & Yard: Bag all trash and debris from the backyard and patio area Hose down and clean the patio Remove visible staining from the patio using the cleaning products provided Leave the outdoor area neat and broom clean IMPORTANT: You are NOT responsible for hauling anything away. Any trash, debris, or small items simply need to be bagged and consolidated so I can haul them away later. There are some things like a set of plastic drawers that will need to broken down in order to be bagged. Everything should be left clean, disinfected, and move-out ready. When responding, please include: 1. Your name 2. Your phone number 3. Your cleaning experience 4. The cleaning tools and supplies you can provide 5. Whether you can commit to completing the job tomorrow between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM Please understand that I will likely be speaking with multiple applicants. Due to previous experiences with last-minute cancellations, I may ask one or two qualified candidates to remain on standby until the final selection is made. If you're dependable, thorough, and available tomorrow, I'd love to hear from you. post id: ... updated: [ ]
