Salary Range: $15.30 - $17.00 per hour (experience-based compensation)

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Stewards to join our team and help create memorable moments for our guests.
What You’ll Do
As a Steward/Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and food service areas. You’ll ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional service.
Your Day-to-Day
- Operate dishwashing machines and clean all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and workstations
- Properly store clean items in designated areas
- Remove trash and recyclables and ensure proper disposal procedures
- Assist with basic food prep or banquet setup as needed
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Supervisor
What You Bring
- Previous stewarding or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team
Additional Responsibilities
- The hotel operates 24/7, necessitating that department schedules be adjusted to accommodate varying business demands. Employees may need to work shifts outside their preferred or usual hours.
- Employees must comply with all hotel-established work rules, procedures, and policies, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
