Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cooks to join our culinary team! This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about food and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. You'll help us provide high-quality breakfast and lunch or dinner service to our guests, maintaining high standards for food preparation, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook daily menus according to established recipes and standards
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service begins
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
Adapt to special requests with flexibility and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred, especially in breakfast/brunch service
ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
