Officina is the realization of Chef Stefanelli's career-long dream to bring the very best of Italian gastronomy together under one roof.Our flagship is a three-story space home to an all-day cafe, highly-curated marketplace featuring sought-after ingredients and prepared specialty items, a casual trattoria rooted in classic Italian cuisine, rare Amaro Library, versatile private event spaces, and year-round rooftop

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years in similar restaurant environment
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing a wide variety of recipes
- Preparing all necessary materials/ingredients needed
- Knife cuts, roasting, braising, and sauce work will be done
- Organizing and storing daily deliveries that come in
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
