We are looking for an experienced, passionate hospitality professional to provide leadership support to the Front of House team and to provide superb hospitality to both our guests and our community. This person is vital to the daily operations of the restaurant and will directly support the success of the business.

The ideal candidate works well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and is quick on their feet while working effectively under pressure. A passion for creating a fun and rewarding work environment for our employees is a must! We are growing and looking for candidates interested in growing with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct supervision of the front of house employees on a daily basis, ensuring policies and processes are being followed and inspecting operational flow on a continuous basis;
  • Responsible for overseeing the floor during service; ensuring the team stays on task and delegating assignments as needed;
  • Communicate with chef team and BOH on keeping menus up to date and 86'd items throughout service if necessary;
  • Ensure guest satisfaction; interacting with guests and engaging in service recovery when issues arise;
  • Interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees;
  • Be proactive in reaching our Company goals in sales, service, appearance; while creating a positive, fun and productive working environment;
  • Ensure compliance with department of health standards, maintaining superior cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant;
  • Identify potential safety hazards and initiate corrective action; ensuring the restaurant is safe for both employees and guests.
  • Assist with beverage inventory and ordering.
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus!

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00)
