Job DetailsPOSITION SUMMARY: This production cook is passionate about our cuisine, customer service and pays attention to detail. This person is familiar with large-batch volume cooking based off recipes and instructions. Must be familiar with a variety of measuring methods in volume and weight.
THIS IS A MORNING POSITION. Estimated working hours are 8AM-2:30PM.

Duties & Responsibilities
The functions and areas of responsibilities include:
- Maintains a cheerful, disposition and a neat, clean and professional image
- With minimal assistance, be able to operate basic commercial kitchen equipment such as a slicer, oven, fryer and food processor
- Follow recipes using a variety of measurements
- Operates, maintains and properly cleans kitchen equipment
- Maintains and cleans their required tools and equipment
- Works efficiently with a constant sense of urgency and professionalism
- Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Able to work a flexible schedule as business dictates
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Assists other team members as needed or when business needs dictates
Minimum Qualifications
- Food Handler Certification required or must be able to be obtained upon hiring
- Ability to handle stress under pressure and high levels of business
- Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision while following recipes and build sheets
- Bilingual a plus!
Work Environment
- Ability to be flexible with job demands and open minded when being asked to complete tasks
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant
- Ability to move or handle equipment throughout the restaurant generally weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours a day in a hot environment
