We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our opening team in Oxnard, California. Inspired by the bold flavors of Mexico, Spain, and the Caribbean, we are a modern Latin fire-driven dining experience built around exceptional food, handcrafted cocktails, warm hospitality, and memorable guest experiences.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional guest service from greeting to farewell
Guide guests through food, beverage, cocktail, wine, and dessert selections
Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Accurately enter orders using Toast POS
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
Ensure tables are maintained and dining areas remain clean and organized
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Follow all service standards and steps of service
Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
Assist with opening, closing, and side work responsibilities
Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team culture
Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
Experience in upscale casual or high-volume restaurants is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler Certification required
Experience with Toast POS is a plus
