Job Details Baohaus is hiring a Head Bartender to lead a beerandwine focused bar under an SLA license (no full liquor, beer and wine only). The ideal candidate has solid experience working within this license type, a genuine interest in wine (especially German and Austrian), and a comfort with Asian food and flavors.

This role will oversee a concise wine and beer program and help develop a focused soju and shochu cocktail list that fits the style of the food and concept. The Head Bartender is expected to maintain clean, efficient bar operations, set basic service standards for the bar team, and work with management on menu, compliance, and cost considerations.
