Previous restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities include:
-Operating and maintaining a high-temp dishwasher
-Maintaining a clean and organized dish pit
-Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
-Assisting with basic prep work
-Receiving and putting away deliveries
-Sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
-General cleaning, upkeep, and maintenance of the restaurant
-Supporting kitchen staff as needed during busy service

Requirements:
-Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
-Knowledge of proper dishwashing and sanitation procedures
-Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
-Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
-Able to lift and move boxes/supplies when receiving deliveries( up to 50lbs)
-Must be able to work efficiently, maintain cleanliness throughout shifts, and take pride in keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
-Must have proper working papers.
