Fine Dining Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications:

• Currently working for a fine-dining concept
• 4+ years of fine-dining Executive Chef experience
• Positive mental attitude
• High energy and excellent communication
• Superb attention to detail and plating skills
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Experience with creating seasonal menus and specials
• Experience with inventory, ordering, scheduling and managing costs
