As a Host , you’ll be the first impression of our brand—welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and ensuring smooth frontofhouse operations. We’re looking for individuals who bring personality, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality.

Host / Hostess Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and energetic attitude
• Manage reservations and seating assignments using our reservation system
• Maintain an organized host stand and frontofhouse area
• Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations during peak hours
• Escort guests to tables , present menus, and highlight specials or promotions
• Assist with special requests , including accessibility needs, high chairs, and preferred seating
• Answer guest questions , resolve concerns, and communicate issues to management
• Coordinate with servers and frontofhouse staff to maintain smooth guest flow
• Maintain strong menu and beverage knowledge to assist guests
• Manage the waitlist during busy periods and keep guests informed
• Support cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the frontofhouse
• Thank guests upon departure and gather feedback to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced , highvolume environment
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Basic computer skills for reservation and seating systems
• Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Comfortable navigating crowded spaces
• Must be 16 years or older
• Weekend availability required
