Job Description:

Full Time, Days, Lexington

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards.

• Take customer orders and answer questions about menu items, including specialty beverages and food offerings.

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all customers.

• Prepare food items as needed, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately following established procedures.

• Balance and close out the register at the end of each shift, completing all required documentation.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Follow all organizational, departmental, and facility policies and procedures.

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment; report any malfunctions or issues to leadership.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs appropriately.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensure

• No prior experience required.

• Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive demeanor.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.
