We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead Cabin Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and sanition of aircraft interiors between flights. The Lead Cleaner is responsible for leading the team and assisting with cleaning and conducting security searches on designed aircraft. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for passengers and crew. Duties include cleaning and restocking cabin areas, removing trash, and following strict aviion safety and security protocols.

Shift: PM Shift *Schedule varies upon availability and completion of training

• 1 pm to 9:30 pm
• 2 pm to 10:30 pm

Locion: DFW Airport, Irving, TX

Pay: $16.75 /hr, paid weekly

• Perform all tasks and duties required of your team.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Assure the highest quality of customer sisfaction.
• Provide open communicion between field employees and management.
• Provide positive coaching for team members.
• Assist the Supervisor and Shift Manager in directing and supervising field employees.
• Establish and maintain effective communicion and working relionships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinors, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulory authorities.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

General Company Requirements:

• Employee must comply with the Companys management grooming standards and must wear his or her SIDA badge/Airport ID all times.

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• Ability to communice effectively in the English language.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, opering and procedure manuals, and handbooks.

Preferred:

• Customer Service Experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience
