THE JOB

As a Bell Person at Park MGM, you will set the stage for the ultimate guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. You will enhance the guest experience by providing distinguished hospitality when handling guests luggage and belongings, facilitating efficient transportation arrangements, and delivering personalized assistance with professionalism and courtesy.

Understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

STARTING PAY RATE: $ 16.5438 / Per Hour + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting, interacting with, and assisting guests and hotel staff in a professional manner
• Maintain a positive attitude, outgoing personality, professional appearance, and demeanor at all times
• Collect, transport, deliver, and store guest luggage and personal items
• Escort guests and provide information about guest rooms, hotel amenities, and property features
• Make and receive phone calls related to guest requests, services, deliveries, and information

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Six (6) months of prior relevant Guest-Facing Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience in a AAA 5 Diamond, Mobil 5 Star, or Forbes hotel/resort setting preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
