Pastry Chef & Baker

Were looking for a passionate and skilled pastry chef and baker to join our kitchen team. Youll craft beautiful desserts, artisan breads, and baked goods from scratch bringing creativity and consistency to every plate and loaf that leaves our kitchen.
This is a true team kitchen. If someone falls behind whether its a busy rush, a new skill, or a tough day we dont leave them on their own.

What Youll Do
Bake artisan breads & pastries daily
Design and create custom desserts
Monitor oven temps & production schedules
Manage ingredient inventory & ordering
Uphold food safety standards (HACCP)
Ensure quality and presentation of all items
Nice to Have
Experience with dietary-restricted baking (GF, vegan)
Wedding / event cake decorating
Knowledge of sourdough fermentation
Portfolio of original recipes
