Fast-Casual Counter Server

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Counter Server to join our team. This position is the face of our restaurant and is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, handling payments, serving food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

Schedule:

Thursday through Sunday
430pm - 900pm

Responsibilities

* Greet customers with a positive attitude.
* Explain menu items and make recommendations.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately.
* Operate the POS system and process payments.
* Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
* Package takeout and delivery orders.
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, beverage station, and service areas.
* Restock supplies, utensils, cups, and condiments.
* Assist with opening and closing duties.
* Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
* Work as a team with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

* Previous restaurant, cafe, or customer service experience preferred.
* Friendly and professional communication skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
* Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
* Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one shortly after hiring).

Compensation

* $20 per hour plus tips
* Additional performance-based bonuses throughout the year.
* Training provided.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, works well under pressure, stays organized, and takes pride in creating a great guest experience. Hospitality experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
