Part-Time Office Cleaner & Light Maintenance $25/hr

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to handle Light Facilities Management for our office in Cerritos. This is a consistent, weekly gig perfect for an experienced independent cleaner or handyman looking to fill a gap in their schedule.

You will be responsible for keeping our office environment clean, functional, organized, and fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Cleaning: Dusting, wiping down desks/communal surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning the restroom/kitchenette areas.
2. Waste Management: Gathering and taking out all trash and recycling.
3. Light Maintenance: Fixing minor broken items around the office, changing lightbulbs, and troubleshooting basic facilities issues.
4. Supply Management: Keeping inventory of office, kitchen, and bathroom essentials and ordering replacements before they run out.

Requirements:
-Must bring and use your own cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop, sprays, cloths, etc.).
-Basic tools for light handyman/fixing tasks.
-Strong organizational skills (for tracking and ordering supplies).
-Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
-Prior experience in commercial cleaning or property maintenance is a big plus.
