A qualified Candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years in Casual, Upscale, Lounge environments behind a bar focusing on hand crafted Tiki cocktails, micro-brewed beer and a nuanced wine program. A candidate should maintain that Guest interaction and service is FIRST among all things. He/She is a perfectionist and craftsman. We expect the right candidate also to possess passion and knowledge in food & Beverage.
