Custodian Lahaina Clubhouse
Full-Time | $22.00/hour Starting Pay

Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated Custodian to join our Lahaina Clubhouse team. This position plays an important role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the youth, families, and staff we serve every day.
This is more than a custodial position. The work you do directly supports Maui's keiki by helping provide a safe and healthy place where they can learn, build relationships, and create great futures.
What You'll Do
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain indoor and outdoor areas
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces throughout the day
Maintain activity rooms, meal areas, offices, and common spaces
Clean and sanitize youth equipment and supplies
Perform minor repairs and maintenance as directed
Report larger maintenance and repair needs
Assist with special projects, events, and facility needs
Work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Reliable transportation
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to communicate professionally with staff and leadership
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
