Groundskeeper / Landscaping Technician
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:55 AM 2:30 PM
Location: Houston Area

Job Summary

Connect Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable and hardworking bilingual (English/Spanish) Groundskeepers to assist with landscaping and property maintenance. This is a full-time position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining clean, professional-looking grounds.

Job Duties
Mow, edge, and trim grass and landscaped areas
Remove weeds, debris, and litter from property grounds
Prune shrubs, bushes, and small trees as needed
Plant, water, and maintain flowers and other landscaping features
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with general grounds maintenance and cleanup
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Must have a strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is preferred
