Key Responsibilities of Valets:

• Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner, offering to assist with their luggage
• Accurely and promptly process valet tickets
• Opere, park, and retrieve guests vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform inventory of valet-parked vehicles and available spaces
• Coopere with all team members to provide the best possible service
• Report any damage to vehicles or property immediely
• Assist with guest luggage as needed
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Valets:

• High school educion or equivalent
• Previous valet, driver, tendant, and/or customer service experience preferred
• Valid drivers license is required all times
• Ability to opere a manual transmission
• Currently holds and is able to maintain a sisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook
• Can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulions th require these skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodion
