Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Organize and tidy living spaces to enhance the overall aesthetic of the home.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as needed.
