What Youll Do

• Keep the dish pit clear and running efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness across BOH, FOH, patio, and guest areas
• Remove trash and monitor all waste stations throughout the shift
• Restock and sanitize bathrooms regularly
• Ensure patio areas are clean, swept, and guestready
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, equipment, and tools
• Maintain floor cleanliness, including drains
• Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate needs to leadership
• Complete cleaning checklists accurately and on time
• Support the team with any additional cleaning or operational tasks

Compensation: Hourly ($18.50 - $20.00) plus tips
