We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Sushi Helper to join our fast-paced restaurant team.

• Assist sushi chefs with food preparation
• Prepare ingredients and maintain prep stations
• Wash, cut, and portion vegetables, seafood, and other ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support kitchen operations during busy service hours

• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
